I know I must sound like a shill for the company but I must say this is one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had - over the web OR "brick & mortar." The website was east to navigate and use to create and process my order and the customer service was excellent. I received updates all through the manufacturing and shipping process and when I decided to change some aspects of my cover, it was handled with ease. The cover itself is fantastic - much better than the cover my local supplier sells....and for less than half the price. Thank You!

Great cover for the money

Strengths: Good service, great followup after the sale.

Weakness: Straps and sowing on the cover a bit off, but only a little problem.

The spa cover is well worth the money and I expect will serve me well for many years. However one of the 4 straps was sown onto the cover a long ways from the correct corner location. All the other 3 straps were perfect. Also, there is a bit of a gap at one end where both spa covers come together which will allow heat and steam to escape. I hope the problem will lessen as time goes on and the...

The spa cover is well worth the money and I expect will serve me well for many years. However one of the 4 straps was sown onto the cover a long ways from the correct corner location. All the other 3 straps were perfect. Also, there is a bit of a gap at one end where both spa covers come together which will allow heat and steam to escape. I hope the problem will lessen as time goes on and the cover molds to meet the other side. Until then the escaping hot moist air creates some neat ice crystals.
