No more backache

Strengths: Well built! Vinyl and zippers are good quality. Arrived exactly as ordered.

Weakness: Shipped slower than expected but that was the fault of the shipping company.

My old hot tub cover was getting so water logged that I could no longer lift it. What a dream to have a great cover with no heavy liftingI did side by side comparison when ordering on line with two other companies. This site was by far the most easily navigated. My old hot tub cover was getting so water logged that I could no longer lift it. What a dream to have a great cover with no heavy liftingI did side by side comparison when ordering on line with two other companies. This site was by far the most easily navigated. The extra features that I could order helped me to not only match my old cover but make sure that I would get a cover that does not end up having the same problems of water logging and seam tears as the old one did (the 5 year warranty assures me this is true). The color came just as it appeared on the web site. This cover had all the features that I wanted and came in at a price that beat the other two competitors. Shipping was free so I feel that I got a good deal for a cover that looks great.

Very nice!

Strengths: Very good built quality, good durable stitching

Weakness: Slight sag in the middle, but my hot tub is 86" across, so it's not really bad at all

This cover is nicer than the one that came with my tub, I'm very impressed. It stays completely cool on the outside of the cover, which means all the heat is staying in. I measured my tub with cheap tape measure and it fits like a glove.I probably searched out 5 other companies, and this company seemed to have all the features I want. Spa cover

Strengths: speedy delivery, attractive product, price right

Weakness: no corner flaps

The service and attention to customer was very good. I was kept up to date on production and delivery. There were no delays in getting the cover. The only disappointment was that when we ordered split corners, we thought there would be insert under the slit, and corners are not closed when in place. But the fit and construction are great.
