Weakness: Cheap construction, very noisy, lousy customer service
My old InSinkErator hot water dispenser worked well for 15 years. It was well insulated and silent. When it died I purchased a replacement at Lowes and installed it without difficulty. Then the noise began. The new "stainless steel" tank was made in Mexico of uninsulated plastic. About once an hour the thermostat would turn on and heat the water in the tank for about 60 seconds.
