looks great so far

It shipped on time, no problems out of box, started on the second pull, quiet. I ran a load on it for 2 hrs packed it up and put in the shed until we loose power. So far its done everything I need it for and the for the right price. I would not give a 5 star rating when I haven't really tested it over a period of time.

Works well, after fuel tank leak fixed

When I first put fuel in the tank, fuel started running over the outside of the fuel valve (which was OFF), dripping onto the ground. I called the number given for All Power America, told of the problem. A week later, a replacement fuel tank and fuel valve arrived, which I fitted myself (they gave me the option of taking the generator to an All Power service center to have them fit the tank and...

When I first put fuel in the tank, fuel started running over the outside of the fuel valve (which was OFF), dripping onto the ground. I called the number given for All Power America, told of the problem. A week later, a replacement fuel tank and fuel valve arrived, which I fitted myself (they gave me the option of taking the generator to an All Power service center to have them fit the tank and valve). After that, the generator worked fine in a short trial, simultaneously running my two freezers, refrigerator, and the gas fired, forced air heating system. It looks good value for use for emergency power during electric utility failure. I would have given it five stars if not for the fuel tank leak. It needs moderate-sized wrenches or socket pieces (e.g. automotive wrenches) for the assembly of the mobility cart.

First off, I'm not a big believer in generators, even though I run the electrical department at my Home Depot, but having lost power for the fifth year in a row (during the recient October Surprise storn) I bought this small generator. It is intended for EMERGENCY power, not to run the full house. I installed a single circuit transfer switch to operate my heating system and extension cords for the refrigerator and everything else. As a result I cut the total installed cost from about $1000 to less than $500. The generator ran fine during a test run, hopefully I won't need it for more.

Works well

Just had a power outage in our area. I ran this generator for 54 hrs straight. It worked fantastic. Used it for refrigerator, microwave, garage door opener, lights, fans, TV and xBox. Obviously you can't run everything at once. We were careful when we turned on the microwave, otherwise no worries.
