Great service as one would want for such an important utility.
Strengths: Easy install, great craftsmanship, fast action and quick tank refill.
Weakness: None.
I looked all over for a good toilet as mine gets a lot of use. After reading a myriad of articles about toilets of all things, I decided on the Toto Drake model. It looks and works great. I suggest though that one get a Drake with the Sanagloss finish in the bowl and make sure it's an ADA model IF avail. Even so clean up is seldom.
