Weakness: Directions said to screw the propane tank in clockwise, but you need to screw it in counter-clockwise.
I just bought this grill today and I am using it tonight. I already love it! It is easy to use, and I like the added tabletop feature. My only complaint is that the directions to put it together were a bit confusing because they only used pictures...sometimes a picture is NOT worth a thousand words. If the parts were numbered it might make it a bit easier.
Strengths: Well built, name brand, nice work area and easy to use.
Weakness: Could use more storage space underneath.

Strengths: Sturdy cart, removeable thermometer in lid, bottom rack, trash bin, and utensil hangers. Charcoal cooking with gas ignition.
Weakness: Charcoal, if you like gas cooking this one's not for you. Small gas bottle has weird hook-up unlike larger bottle. Makes it impossible to use regular tank for back-up in emergency.
Probably the best charcoal grill ever. Weber has out done itself on this one. The gas ignition system allows me to keep grill on covered porch while cooking. Without lighter fluid and/or instant light charcoals I never have a big flame that would make it necessary to pull grill out in the yard.
